Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Wow! Feel bummed I haven’t had the chance to try this chain before. We were traveling through the area and this was convenient to where we were running some errands. Figured it was just an average burger and shake shop. Boy were we wrong!! We tried the double combo and then the turtle sundae. Oh my gosh they were amazing. That was by far the BEST turtle sundae I have ever had. It had a lot of hot fudge. A lot of nuts. The perfect sundae. And the burger – it was out of this world. Flavorful. Better than In and Out even. And the tater tots were spot on. Crunchy on the outside and comfort food on the inside. What took the experience over the top was the staff. They were super professional, very efficient and so friendly and helpful. And our food was perfectly packed - actually got napkins, silverware - don’t have to ask for a thing! AMAZING EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!! Can’t wait till we can try it again! Didn’t get any pics because it was dark and we had to eat in the car on the run. Only suggestion might be to check the carbonation mix on their soda. The Pepsi zero tasted off and a bit flat.

First thing we noticed as soon as we walked in are the workers friendly and enthusiastic personalities even when its almost the end of shift. Burgers and fries were great as usual. I forgot my purse and one of the workers found it and held it for us until we came back. We are super grateful to have it back and all the great employees. Thank you to Heidi who handed back the purse to me - she’s so sweet! We’ll definitely be back everytime we end up in Yuma!

Freddy's Frozen Custard& .... in Foothills is EXCELLENT! Immediately we were greeted by the NICEST, FRIENDLY, HAPPY 😊, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF MEMBER... MEGAN. She is a very valuable member of the place, she explained everything to us (like the onions can be grilled, can add any condiments like mayo,the specials 😋 like Oreo Cookie Peppermint Shakes) The original hamburger double with cheese, famous Freddy's fries were MOUTH WATERING DELICIOUS, SCRUMPTIOUS AND OUT OF THIS WORLD 🌎!!!!!! I have never seen such excellent staff, the other girl was cleaning the dining area with a smile on her face 😀 WOW 👌 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I’ve been coming here every single day ever since I found out they have a Dr Pepper milkshake, it’s so insanely good I’m freaking addicted to them. The employees are all so professional and polite and they all put an emphasis on asking if you’re a veteran or first responder so you can receive a discount. They also provide a free meal to veterans on Veterans Day!! Love this place!

Freddy's, in the Foothills. Famous steak burgers and shoestring fries, custard, and atmosphere. If you've been to one before, you know the product and you'll get it here. This location is new, as of 11/2024 and still has the fresh paint smell. ;) Food was exactly what I expected, and without the drive into town. Service was prompt and courteous. It is lacking in the self service condiments I've known Freddy's to have, but the staff will provide what you request. This will be a favorite when temps go back up and I need a custard to cool down.
