(from Google)Beautiful large ponderosa pine trees give great shade. There is large covered pavilion with many picnic tables. Playground is brand new. Swings are old. Has a basketball hoop. No restroom. Unfortunately lots of people bring dogs off leash here (illegally), but usually they are more on the south end. What used to be a big grassy field is mostly a dirt field now.
Good little neighborhood park. Small playset, pavilion and open grassy field surrounded by homes on 3 sides. Parking lot and field could use a little TLC, but the city does a decent job maintaining it overall.
Pros: Large grassy area perfect for sports or dogs. Some HUGE shade trees which are climbable for older kids. The play set has two different slides and two kinds of monkey bars. The play areas have wood chips. Cons: The play areas have with chips, haha. The play set is small. Only 2 swings, neither of which are the bucket seats for infants/toddlers. NO BATHROOMS!!
I like how this park is hidden in the middle of a bunch of houses. It has a fairly large field and some playground equipment. There are also two swings (no baby/toddler swings, however.) The playground equipment looks like it could use a paint job or something... it’s pretty old, but still structurally sound. It’s just not much to look at lol. But it’s a nice little neighborhood park overall.
Nice little park, we took the dogs and had a nice little play time. It was shady, a small play area, benches to sit down. We really enjoyed it.
