Although this "park" isn't well known, it is still popular! Spring mornings are a great time to head down the trail to Bear Creek and listen to all the song birds sing their beautiful songs! There is creek restoration going on. It's enjoyable to watch! Update: we have had to curtail our visits here because too many people have their dogs off leash, do not respect putting them on leash when nearing other walkers, and not picking up their dogs feces. When you leave your dog's waste, it ruins the environment for wildlife and other people's enjoyment.
The city of Ashland keeps the trails and parks in great condition. We are super pleased to have them to walk with our dogs (or not).
