(from Google)Place was awesome to stop in as we passed thru. Eddie the manager was a great guy. He was very friendly and talked to us for a few. Bre was great also helping us with holding the alligators. We would definitely stop in again.
Took my brother, sister, and 2 young children today. It looks like alot of the building and enclosures need some major updates. One of the critters next to the playground paced back and forth the entire time we played out there. After we left the reception building we didn't see another employee the entire time we were outside. I feel like there needs to be some kind of supervision while someone is out here. The bunny enclosure was a little sad and we didnt get to see the birds either. We did meet 2 young interns when we went into the reptile exhibit house and the young lady helped my daughter hold the little gators and snakes and we had a blast in there. After we went out to the large playground. It does not look like anyone has been out there in a while. There was a long peice of broken wood with rusty nails as well as a long peice of rusty wire out where the kids play. That's an accident waiting to happen. My kids had a great time but I wouldn't want to pay those prices for that level of quality experience again.
We love this place! Alligators, snakes, birds. It’s a nice mix. The staff is great. A good day trip if you live in the area or are just passing through. There is an opportunity to go into a wading pool and hold baby gators for a little extra money so dress appropriately if you are planning on that.
My husband and I went on Friday and loved the experience. Tons of gators and we got to feed them. Best part was holding a baby gator. AMAZING 🤩 The place was well kept we friendly staff and serving a great purpose. Will definitely go again.
I'm sure it's a great place for kids. Looks like it could use some maintenance . The bathroom I used . There was no door handle. Couldn't get it locked. And felt like a sauna even though there was a AC on the wall it wasn't on. The basketball goal is on the outside wall of the bathroom who a kid pounding the heck outta the wall.. Lots of uneven boards. I think it's overpriced but I know animals have to eat .I would've been happier as a senior if my visit would've been 10 bucks instead of 20.. and then there's even a more expensive price than what we paid. Was $110 for 4 adults. 1 child. Entry fee. I was with others or I wouldn't have went... kind of crazy tu keep pulling on a big gators tail just to use him for entertainment when he was just relaxing.. but.. OK. Been there and done it..
