This place does not know how to watch children in a public setting. Went to celebrate station these kids were here running around acting very inappropriate. Cutting lines.. running into others in the go karts. There was really no adult supervising.. they were there but not paying attention or correcting behavior.

Jimmy Soto did an awesome job taking care of my vehicle. He was great to talk to and got me in and out of there very quickly thanks, Jimimy

Apparently the park on Kitchin is only for the ball players. If you park where the vendors want to park they "ask" you to move. When I was asked what the problem with my car the the said he would block me in. This was only so their trailer is not blocked by the trees. If you are a visitor to the dog park, you don't have any place to park because they spots are all taken up by people for the ball games. So people who want to bring their dog to the dog park can't because there is no parking. So a vendor has priority parking over a visitor to the dog park. Also, alcoholic beverages are not allow in any park but park officials seem to turn a blind eye with the ball players and viewers. So the dog park doesn't make money for the park bit the ball games do. Who do you think gets preferential treatment?

Burlington is a great city that offers incredible programming for their community members. My son has enjoyed soccer, basketball golf and baseball on well maintained facilities and we are thankful for the dedicated staff that keeps areas clean and safe. Also, most locations provide well lit parking areas. I would definitely suggest Burlington as a great city to raise a family and add their parks or newly restored carousel to your list for a fun holiday family weekend adventure.

Make sure you count your change before leaving. The manager Jennifer gave me incorrect change and called my phone just to ask for me to return. She also threatened to cancel my sons registration for basketball because I told her I was only given a certain amount of time for lunch. Which she did cancel because of what I communicated with her. Very poor management here.
