We are staying here in our 5th Wheel. Lovely park in a great location. The drive to it on J.D. Woods has some major roadwork going on so if coming from that way be careful.

It's a long ramp, but well maintained and lots of parking and restrooms. It's very well lit if you get there before sunrise, so you can everything ready to go with no issues.

My family and I had an amazing time camping at Cedar Breaks Park. We went camping over a weekend, but you have the option to visit for the day as well. It’s not too far of a drive from Austin. The campsite is clean and spacious. There are grills, fire pits, picnic tables, and running water at each camp site. There are tons of hiking options within walking distance. It’s right by Lake Georgetown and has great views. Restrooms are clean and nearby the campsites. Every once in a while, it’s great to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature. I enjoyed how peaceful and serene this park is.

Quiet, conveniently located, showers are tepid - there is little privacy, the ladies has two showers, one of which is so slow draining as to create a pool. On the Recreate.gov app this campground features a bicyclist at the trailhead - this is a challenging mountain biking trail - the eroded limestone poking through the earth regularly creates challenging conditions every 15' or so and would chew a biker up in a spill. We came back at the end of the Thanksgiving weekend - trash was overflowing, not a scrap of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Perhaps the hosts took the weekend off too despite a fully booked campground Thursday-Sunday. 🥴

Little mountain and rocky area. We arrived at 2pm and it was no traffic for checking in but there was a traffic while coming to the park and it was not good. We stayed at #15 campsite and it was really nice. We could go down to the lake and swim and we could see the lake from where we are. There are trees that you can put your hammock and enjoy the view. Lake is clean and nice but it is very deep for little kids so make sure you are always with them. Their fire pit and grill was nice but we only used grill because of no fire restrictions. Restrooms are clean, not too bad and they have showers which is nice to have. Every site was occupied and it was very nice to see kids are playing and enjoying their day. I love this place. Definitely going back. Beautiful sunrise and moon reflection on the lake.
