One of my favorite places to just sit and eat in my vehicle. Great view and wild life to watch while eating lunch
This spot holds special memories. I brought my daughters here for their “See, Sip & Paint,” and it was such a beautiful experience. The park is peaceful and truly one of Jacksonville’s hidden gems.
I often come here just to relax. Especially when I'm having a stressful crazy day. It is very relaxing and it allows me to collect my thoughts and going about my day. There is a kiddie park area For the little ones to enjoy. It is very peaceful and relaxing. There are some who fish and others that just like to walk down by the water and enjoy a little stroll. There is a Picnic Area and a grill for those who may want to do a little outdoor party. Plenty of parking and facilities that are wheelchair accessible.
It's a decent place. The gazebo needs a little tlc but the park is very well lit. I like their lantern style lamp post. The view of the water is very nice near sunrise. The bathroom had soap in the soap dispenser and the stalls had toilet paper.
