We were looking for a place on a hot Saturday morning to take some pix of our grandchildren. We were able to entice them with playing on the playground and riding the train after pix. We didn't explore all the park had to offer that morning but the kids loved both the playground and the train ride. You can't beat $1 for a train ride!
Great place to spend the day in nature. The creek is very clean and has lots of wildlife to discover. A top spot for me and my family.
We had a really fun time here last night. The kids loved playing in the creek! Brought back so many memories as a kid! Definitely will have to go again! Beautiful trail and creek! Also not many people either! ❤️
This park is North of KC, it's worth it completely. If you're an outdoor, nature junkie or a runner...this place is perfect. Nice paths and some off the beaten path places. Walk the dog, casual walk. One of my new favorite places to sit and forget.
