(from Google)Excellent Dog Park! It is huge, and my dogs had a great time... There's enough room where the dogs can play together as well as do there own thing. Loved the experience. There is actually 2 dog parks over there we just stayed at the large park.
Nice park for letting your dog use up the excess energy. Two different fenced areas, one got active large dogs and one for smaller dogs. Rylie rates it a four and 1/2 only because it's so far from home.
The Hazelia Dog Park visit was bittersweet. I was there with our two Corgis and my partner of 10 years that had recently told me (days before Christmas) that she wants our relationship to end and for me to move out. Please see the photo attachments if you like to hear the rest of the story
PROS: -Big area with mostly grass and some barkchips -Multiple covered areas with picnic tables -Water readily available -Lots of agility equipment -Tennis balls all over CONS: -None NEUTRALS: -Timid dog section not connected to active dog section, on other side of parking lot -Next to a park and soccer field -Nice bathroom
Hazelia Dog Park is one of our favorite spots! My dog Charlie absolutely loves it here — as soon as we pull into the parking lot, his tail starts going wild. The park is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We really appreciate the separate areas for large and small dogs, and there’s always fresh water available. The other dog owners are friendly too, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a safe, fun place to let your pup burn off some energy, this is the place. Charlie gives it two paws up!
