Reve Park Ridge

I shouldn’t have to use my gas stove that I pay a bill on every month to heat up my kitchen/living room due to poor installation. Yes nice place and area but they must’ve threw these townhouses together cus this is ridiculous. The walls getting small cracks due to settling I was informed. It’s just not worth the amount. There’s too many nice installation and better customer service places around MB.

My wife and I fell in love with the neighborhood immediately. It’s clean, well kept, and modern. We love the fact that it is directly across the street from a huge Sports Complex that includes a very large dog park, a “family friendly” park, and so many sports fields of all kinds. Clarence, Curtis, and Khadijah are the best team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Curtis is the sole maintenance man on site, and I don’t believe they could have found a better man to do the job. He is extremely professional and gets the job done right, first time, every time! Securing our apartment was easy, quick, and pleasurable. Khadijah and Clarence teamed up to make sure everything went smooth. We are ecstatic about living here and look forward to the next 14 months of living here! You won’t go wrong renting from this property!!

Happy to be a new resident of Reve Park Ridge. My, bright brand new, townhouse is in a quiet yet convenient location. The staff, Khadijah, Lauren and Curtis are so considerate and have been very helpful showing me how to use all of the amenities. Blessed to be in this warm community
