(from Google)Sims Park is one of my favorite places to go now!!! I went to see the tribute band for lLed Zeppelin. They have a play ground with a water pad for kids and a small outdoor workout area!!! There are gazebos and a water walk with giant chairs!!! Ducks are swimming around with turtles and giant fish! This park is very cool 😎, and it sits right downtown New Port Richey!!
We were there for the first day of the Chasco Fiesta. It was everything and more than we thought it would be. We waited for the Native American performance. It was absolutely perfect. We hope Sampson had a great birthday!!
Beautiful park, has many animals to see along the way. Alot of nature to see. Wonderful place to walk around a lake and the river, picnic, and sight see. Great park and playground for the children and families along with a small place to exercise. Beautiful for weddings and many other events.
Very clean park and had a great relaxing, lazy atmosphere. We stopped by Orange Lake and took in the view for a little while on the benches! We also sat at the river on a bench to enjoy the breeze, sun and the view!! Lots of ducks, squirrels and birds. I went back a few days later and walked the trails with a friend and we stopped at each of the military memorials. So clean and enjoyable here!
A peaceful park that sits basically connected to historic downtown New Port Richey. It's a great park to relax or stroll through after eating or shopping. Plenty of wildlife to view. The park holds various events for all ages and demographics. An amazing place to catch a sunset as well!
