Pineville Lake Park

What a cut little park. It's neatly tucked away too! They have lots of playground equipment, a few shelters that can be rented for events. The lake that's there has a concrete path all the way around to walk, with several chair swings and a few benches scattered along the perimeter of the lake. All have great views of the water, ducks, geese and herons.

Pineville Lake Park is truly one of the nicest parks in the area and has become one of my favorite places to visit with family. The moment you enter, the views of the pond are absolutely beautiful - the water is clean, and creates such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re taking a stroll around the lake, sitting on a bench, or just enjoying the breeze, it feels incredibly refreshing. The playground is fantastic for kids - spacious, safe, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of structures to keep little ones entertained. It’s a perfect spot for families to spend quality time together, and you’ll often see kids laughing and playing while parents relax nearby. There’s also plenty of open space for picnics, running around, or just enjoying the fresh air. One thing I really appreciate is how clean and well-maintained the park is. The walking paths are tidy, the landscaping looks beautiful, and even the restrooms are surprisingly clean and well cared for — something not many parks manage consistently! Overall, Pineville Lake Park is a gem. Whether you’re coming for a walk, bringing your kids to play, or just wanting a peaceful place to unwind, this park is perfect. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing outdoor experience.

Beautiful park in a "tucked away" location. Clean and very well kept. The center of the park is the lake There's a walkway that extends along the perimeter of the park. Chairs and chair swings are in various places for those that want to sit for a while.

We had a lovely afternoon grounding in the park. This park is large, beautiful, and clean. There’s a great playground and splash pad for the kiddos, walking trails, and a dog run. There are even double seater swinging chairs at different intervals along the lake. If you’re in the area looking for a peaceful place to enjoy your lunch. Well then, this is the spot for you.

Always a lovely time at this park. Super clean, tons of play grounds and picnic areas. Connected to the sugar Creek Greenway and had nice paved trails around the little lake. Great place for kids, lots of fun events and live music here too. You can rent some of their pavilions for birthday parties etc. Only a 15 minute walk from Main St! Plenty of parking.
