Beautiful sandy beach, perfect for fun with family and friends! They offer kayak rentals and have several covered picnic tables.

Great spot, lil dead for the winter months but sure its popping during summer. Pack in that cash oer person at the entrance.

This was a nice place to go, but it is not easily accessible for those with mobility issues. The couple that ran things did try to help, but my mother couldn't even touch the water. The beach was clean, this place was affordable, kids loved it, and we swam out for a long ways and I could still touch.

Cleanest lake I’ve been to in Texas. There are options to reserve covered picnic tables that have grills. Entrance is insanely affordable, and re-entrance is free. Bring your own food and drinks, obviously no glass.

Island View Park was a great spot for a day out! The park was very clean and well-maintained. We reserved a table with a grill, and it was perfect — plenty of space and conveniently located. There are clean portapotties, changing rooms, and trash cans right next to the tables, which made everything super easy and comfortable. The parking and reservation process was smooth, and the pricing felt fair: just $7 per person and $40 to rent a table for the entire day. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d recommend!
