E.G. Simmons Conservation Park

This place is so great. I can't believe i've never heard of it before. There is a two dollar entry fee, and it's worth every penny. A story of there are little shelters everywhere where you can have your own, tiny little private beach. There are nice boat ramps and a really great kayak.Launch that even has fresh water for cleaning your vessel afterward. There is approximately 2 mile kayak trail through the mangrove islands. It's not a canopy but it's beautiful. There is a campground here with RV Hookups. There are playgrounds a "beach" area, lots of road you could ride your bike on. 10/10 recommend.

Great park for kayaking, fishing, and seeing the manatees, rays. My fist time . If you love nature - you need to come here. Kayak rentals are available . Entry is only $2/car.

Saw manatees out swimming around. Beautiful scenery. Picnic tables. Nice park to relax in with friends or family

Great place for all ages! Only $2 car load fee and everything was neat and clean. Great play areas and beach. We did some fishing-lots of areas to fish from. Boat ramps looked really nice. Plenty of parking and really nice walking trails. Camping areas looked nice but we didn’t check into that.
