(from Google)I usually never drive away from a park but did for this one, good if ur close or don’t mind feeling exposed! It’s just a patch of grass w a bench/ pavilion. Would be good rain shelter but that’s abt it.
This is a parkette. It has a pretty pond, but it is fenced off so you cannot walk around it. No good for a walk, far too small. One picnic table. Three benches with no shade. Would be good for rehabilitation for person with a walker as paths flat.
There's a small pond behind a chain link fence with some wildlife. Also one large Pavillion with a small picnic table. Benches and two dog bag stations around a perimeter of grass. I wish they'd add a playground and swings for my kids to play on.
As other people have mentioned you would hate to come here expecting a normal park with playground equipment etc. There is one small pavilion, some benches and a big open field. For me, it was perfect because I just wanted a place in the shade out of the way that was quiet where my dog could roam around while I read a book!
I read some reviews before walking here to visit for my self. I was very disappointed in this area. I'm sure it was once a beautiful park with lots to offer, but that's not the case today. It has garbage all over and looks very run down. The only nice thing about it is the view of the water behind it. It takes a community to keep a park looking nice and this community clearly gave up on this area.
