A fantastic community garden run be a ton of committed volunteers. Fun place to learn about local plants and grow your own vegetables. Purchase local honey in season from hives on the property. If you’re a neighbor come out and get involved.
Wonderful local garden with native plant demonstration gardens, composting, and educational events.
We've been gardening there since about March 2023 and even though starting late in the season have enjoyed tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, lettuce and leeks. Plot is only 4X8. Guidance for newcomers is excellent. Gardeners are always friendly and happy!
Vista Gardens is a wonderful place to learn about local plants and wildlife. We love that they're open to having children there as well! The hiking trail was a nice diversion for everyone as well. 😄
