(from Google)No. Creepy men walking around being suspicious. Need to update this park as well. But the creepy man walking. made me not want to come back. Ita a ghost town. Not safe. At all. Stay protected. Wasp spray like bear spray. Just saying. Very much powerful then mase.
I’ve gone three times and can’t find the bike trail with the bridge, the park is large I’ve only been able to find the disc golf, but on Google review there is bridges and ponds. I wish the park had trail signs or something to tell me where the main trail is. Park is amazing for Fireworks on the fourth, the city has a Fourth of July festival.
Back again for the 4th of July Fireworks show. I took my boys to the show last year and we went back for the second time in a row and it was a bit shorter this year, but the quality was just as good!! Good show and great view, kids had a blast.
Its an amazing complex! Restrooms nice, clean, and well supplied. Multiple portapotties available at each field located away from the restrooms. Fields were well maintained, marked, and without holes or stickers! There were plenty of concessions available during the tournament also! Everything was well organized and easy access.
I love this park and have been visiting it for nearly 2 decades. It has probably the most comprehensive Disc Golf set up in Texas, and better than most any other state. There are 15+ miles of heavily wooded running and mtn biking trails. The scenery is beautiful, the park is well kept and I absolutely love it. There are also extremely nice ball fields, soccer fields and basketball. The only shortcoming may be the tiny kids play area.
