Welch Park

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve been in this entire Conroe area! The neighborhood (Jacob’s Reserve & Carriage Hills) is just bustling in late afternoon with the most beautiful deer of all ages and sizes just unbothered by people milling around. This is a fantastic spot to visit and just hang out with kids and friends/family. It’s quiet, seemingly untouched by the massive city in the distance and I-45 just minutes down the road. I love it out here!

Great neighborhood park and pool. The view of the lake is really nice and like most of the parks in the woodlands it doesn’t get too crowded. But I’m not gonna lie my favorite part is the fun putting green. I just got to bring a box of balls and turn it into the neighborhood chipping green ;)

Nice residential park with multiple activity options.

Excellent park for walk you dog, and play with the kids. Work out station. Pool for residents and guest only. Catch am release great pond. Love it.

In a residential area a large park with a large pond with a fountain. I think the sign says it's for residents only. But I'm not sure. It's north of downtown Houston. Off of 1488. Hard to get to if you don't use GPS. A nice neighborhood high-end houses and very safe feeling. It was my first time here. Be streets are well paved and it's very clean. No trash or graffiti.
