You can take your dogs off leash and hike the trails. But watch out for the wild animals when you are hiking as I saw a few of the eaten deer legs.
Took the kids fishing and had a great time. This was also the place my now husband and I went for our first date. Walked around and talked then had a picnic at the tables. Very nice quite place.
Beautiful scenery. Roads to the lake are in extremely bad condition. Very rough trails. Didn't traverse the lake due to loud kids partying on the East side.
This is a wonderful spot to hang out with family and/or friends, relax or even write with a beautiful view of the lake. What I love the most about the Lake Wilson Pavilion is that it's just a thirty minute walk from my house so I can just come out here whenever I want to hang out by the lake.
