Kutz For Mutz Dog Grooming

If i could give negative stars i would. I dropped my 6 month old puppy off at 8am, at 11am I called to check in. The owner was rude and aggressive. He said he was going as fast as he could and that he's working with live animals here. When I asked how much longer the call dropped. Pretty sure he hung up on me. I went to the salon in person to check in and they had just taken my dog out of the bath, they said at least another 2 hours! I'm positive they only put him in the bath after I called. I asked them just to trim the face and sanitary areas. The owner was rude, had an aditutde, and barely acknowledged me. My puppy peed and pooped on the concrete outside the building as they did not and were not planning on taking him to the bathroom for the 5+ hours they wanted to keep him there. They charged me $150 for a bath and kept my puppy in a kennel for 3+ hours. This was my pups second groom ever and im worried about how this will impact him in the future.

Why is my original review not showing up? Not only did they do a terrible job but they cut my dogs nails when I specifically told them not to. All they had to do was a simple bath and blow dry and they couldn't even get that right. But they made sure to charge me nearly double what they said they were going to charge. This was my original review: Horrible. How in the world is this place rated so highly? I was giving my dog back and he was sopping wet. My leash, collar, and poop bag holder were sopping wet with half of my poop bags pulled out. My dog smells like wet dog, not like he was even bathed and I was charged double what I was told over the phone for a bath. No other services, just a simple bath. The people were very nice but I will never go there again.

Had a terrible experience with petco denying my dog for being nervous/ shaking, even if I repeatedly said she’s just nervous. Fortunately Darrell assured me he would try his best to make my dogs experience better. I came back to pick up my dog and she came out of the crate smiling and super energetic. I am very pleased with Darrell’s work/ his teams care for my dog and how she is happy to be there. I recommend bringing your dog here if they are nervous is shaky like mine. 10/10! Also $85 was very good deal!

I highly recommend this place, they do a great job. Every other groomer I’ve gone to has cut my dog’s eyelashes, but the people here are skilled enough to avoid it. They never leave little mistakes (like shaved patches, nicks, or long pieces), and always give exactly what I request. My dog is happy and calm when I pick her up, while other groomers have left her anxious and scared. I’ve been taking my dog to get groomed here every other month for almost a year and I’ve had nothing but great experiences.

First time coming to this groomer and we had a great experience! They were able to fit us in last minute and did a great job, left my puppy looking so cute! Would definitely recommend ~
