Doggoneit Mobile Grooming

Taylor injured my Maltese pup. She had groomed him a couple of times before & had done a good job. But the last time she groomed him, she nicked his penis & one of his nipples. Also the cut was splotchy & uneven & she completely stripped the hair off his tail, making it look like a rat's tail. He had no injuries whatsoever & I didn't realize what she had done until she was paid $135 & left. She told me she had insurance to pay the $200 vet bill which I incurred due to this injury, & that if my vet would send her a letter on their letterhead, detailing the injuries she would file a claim, which she now refuses to do. I would highly recommend that you not trust Taylor with your pets. You are their advocate. Protect them. Now Taylor has responded to my review with fabrications, stating that my dog hadn't been groomed in 7 months. He had been groomed twice since she had groomed him. He was not matted. There was one small mat on his lower back, which I pointed out to her, but not enough to shave him down like she did or to completely shave his tail down to the skin or to shave his ears to the skin. Neither the tail nor the ears were matted & his penis was not matted either. What she did to him was cruel & unnecessary. Now she is trying to cover it up. I will go to my vet & get a copy of the letter they sent her & consider legal action. I have no idea what she did to my pet once she got him inside that van, but he was fine when she took him in there & he came out injured. She should have called me if she was having a bad day and canceled instead of taking it out on my sweet puppy who did nothing to deserve this

Love love love the work Taylor does!! She took perfect care of our pup on her first groom!! Taylor made sure she was calm and comfortable. Very professional, friendly, and on time. You can just tell she loves all dogs as her own. We will definitely be continuing services and can’t wait for the next visit :)

This is our happy Corgi after Taylor groomed him. She is awesome! Dexter had to show off his “bootie heart” because he is well loved by Taylor and everyone he meets.

Today was the first time my two fur babies got groomed by Taylor, owner of Doggoneit Mobil Groomer, and it won’t be the last! Timely, communicative, kind and showed genuine care for my dogs. This was probably the best grooming they’ve ever had. Taylor listened to my concerns and requests and as an end result, my pups looked wonderful and were happy! Talk about convenience…..Taylor came to my house, took them one at a time (no waiting for hours in a crate), gave them individualized attention for a detailed groom. Thanks, Taylor!!!

Taylor does an amazing job grooming my Havanese puppy! Poppy is very skittish and shy, but Taylor takes time with her and she always looks so pretty when she comes back to me. I love that Taylor comes to me with her mobile grooming van. It’s so convenient and much easier on Poppy. Thanks so much Taylor for making my puppy beautiful!!
