Tommy was very good with my baby she came out so clean and smelling so good couldn’t believe her Fritos smell was finally gone treated my baby so well

Very unprofessional showed up to my 6pm appt that was scheduled since June 26th and was told Sarah wasn’t in the store all day apparently calling me 12 times(only called 3 times without leaving a voicemail) was my sign my appt was canceled didn’t know voicemail or text messages don’t exist which would’ve been nice since I work and can’t just pick up the phone whenever I feel like it . used 30 mins of my sick hours so I can arrive in time just to find out my appointment was canceled without me knowing …… I have proof too and you never texted me you talking about the text you sent me June 10th ? I’m trying to post the picture of the text but can’t /: you don’t really need to call me to issue me a refund..

My ladies and I cannot thank you enough for the excellent grooming service. For the first time, my babies came home without burns or cuts, unlike in other places that have hurt them. Thank you!!! Sarah, you are the best!!

Sarah was awesome! This was my first time bringing my dogs to The Pet Palace it definitely won’t be the last. I had given her a late notice and she was kindly able to find space for my 3 dogs. She was so patient and kind to my dogs. She even helped with taking my dogs to the car. The service was great and my dogs came out looking like a million bucks At end, she surprised me some awesome pic of my dogs which I have attached below. Thank you again, “Grooming at the Pet Palace.”
