I recently moved here from out of state and was calling around looking for a new groomer when I found Diamond Dogs Grooming. From the moment Laura answered the phone, I knew I had found the right place. She was so kind, patient, and answered every question I had. I have two dogs who are complete opposites, Billy is extremely nervous, and Lincoln is very hyper… so I’m always anxious about finding a groomer who can handle both personalities with patience and care. Laura exceeded every expectation. When I arrived, she even walked me to the back and showed me exactly where she would be bathing them, drying them, and letting them relax until I came to pick them up. It immediately made me feel comfortable knowing they’d be in such a calm and caring space. Throughout the appointment she also sent me pictures to keep me updated and you can clearly see how happy they were. That meant so much to me. And the best part? When I picked them up, they weren’t in cages. Billy was peacefully asleep in a cozy room, and Lincoln was happily running around, being his usual energetic self. If you have any hesitation about booking an appointment here, don’t. Laura is amazing, and she truly treats your pets like her own. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about this business. I have a new puppy who is a hand full but Laura treated her with care and love. She is kind and really seems to understand how puppies need to be acclimated to the process of grooming. I have lived in Bonita for five years and this is the best grooming business in the area.
