am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was quoted one price for my dog’s stay, and upon returning to pick up my puppy, I was informed that I owed an additional $300 that was never clearly communicated or approved beforehand. Had these charges been disclosed at the time of booking, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, the final bill was significantly higher than what I agreed to, which felt misleading and unprofessional. The staff were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the discrepancy, and the situation left me feeling blindsided. Transparency and communication are critical when caring for customers’ pets, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations. I would encourage future customers to get all pricing details in writing before booking to avoid unexpected charges.

My pup Bo and I are new to the area and I have been looking for a trustworthy place to bring him to. I had an unexpected trip come up and was able to get a suite reserved for Bo quickly and easily. The staff was so comforting from the moment I dropped him off to giving me a call after his first day to update me with how he was doing. I can tell the staff really care for all the dogs they have, and I was at ease knowing my dog was well taken care of while I was gone. Having him in the suite with camera access gave me another element of comfort as well, every time I was thinking of him I could just take a look and see he was doing just fine! Bo would love to come back to the puppy palace in the future.

My dog absolutely loves it here! I’ve never taken any of my dogs to daycare or boarding but I didn’t have a choice when I ended up with this high energy shepherd. I was so hesitant and felt bad about leaving him the first time but that quickly changed. He loves the water and he gets to swim and play while I am away. He actually comes home tired! I never feel bad about leaving him. He is so excited when we pull in! All of the staff is great. It’s also so nice to be able to have his nails clipped or groomed while he’s being boarded. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Started my doggo here a few weeks back and he absolutely loves it. He enjoys the pool time the most, especially on these hots day but also loves playing with other dogs. It is a great place to bring your pup during the day to burn off some of that extra energy and socialize with friends.

This is the only place I will take my dog to for daycare and boarding! We have been going here for over a year. My doodle loves the staff, along with the pool! My dog and I are always greeted with smiles at drop off and pick up. Even with boarding, there have never been issues! I always tell people if they want their dog to be worn out to bring them here.
