Sophisticuts Dog Salon

After picking up our dog from sophisticuts, he was covered in bald spots(we specifically asked do NOT shave), cuts, and clumps of long matted hair. The groomer also felt the need to make unnessicary comments on the physical appearance of the person picking him up. This was very unprofessional. They may have been having a bad day, but our dog is not going to want to go back after that experice. Poor boy keeps hiding his face looking pitiful.

So I was recently staying in Charlotte and was in need of a groomer. I took my husky mix in . Was totally shocked to be called back in 40 minutes. My dog was bone dry. , a couple of her nails were not clipped and she was smelly within a day or 2 and was being kept inside. I was charged 55 dollars and I tipped. I usually only pay 40 to 60 dollars and she gets de shedded. and nails clipped and anal glands expressed. I do not believe that it was possible to do all of this in 40 minutes. It’s usually 2 to 3 hours.. I would never return here. Totally disappointed.

Nicole does an excellent job grooming my little fur baby. She is so knowledgable and it is evident she really enjoys her job. Everytime Hutch leaves, he looks absolutely perfect and smells amazing. Nicole has several awards she has won in different grooming competitions and I certainly understand why! If you are looking for a groomer and consider your pet like one of your children, definitely go see Nicole! She will treat them like one of her own as well!

Our two Yorkies came home handsome & Happy! It's so nice to drop off our fur babies stress free knowing they won't get cut, injured or neglected! Owner Nicole & her staff are kind, talented and patient. Its not about rushing through a groom, its about the reason they are brought there to begin with! They truly love what they do. Oh how it shows.

Nicole did a great job with Raggs. It was our first grooming session and I was very anxious and Nicole made a special effort to listen to what I was hoping for and we were so pleased with the final results. Don't think we could have found a better groomer. She is very friendly and you feel your dog is her no. 1 client!
