I have 3 cats that I bring in to board with Alicia and her staff that are always so nice and friendly. I get daily updates and pictures. I feel comfortable knowing my cats are in caring and gentle hands with caring hearts these ladies love what they do and love the clients, too. I've used her services for the last three years now on numerous occasions and have been very happy with the grooming especially as well no sharp claws is always a bonus. I Love you ladies keep up the good work. See you soon! Love Bob, Scooter and Jack.

We have a lovely 12 year old long haired cat that her mats had gotten out of control for us and it was time for the professional to start over. I knew going into this it was most likely going to be a lion cut. I still had a lot of nerves and worry. They were great with answering any of my questions and my very bright 4 year old who had her own questions during drop off. I left thinking I would get a call that my cat would have bit or it wasn't able to be done because at time she can be a fussy cat. About 2 hrs later I got a call that she was done. Went and picked her up and she was good. Lion cut and all. They said she did great. She didn't even meow the whole time home. We got home and she didn't hide, she wanted love and attention like she hasn't wanted in years. When we adopted her as a 2lb kitty she would hide under my hair on my neck. She would cuddle and be loving. My kids have gotten to enjoy getting a chance to pet and play with her. She is a very happy kitty now. My other cat had a lot of questions and worry about the hair cut. Lol. We will be back for sure for any of our cat needs. And recommend to anyone who asks. We love the little snow boots on her feet. First picture is morning of drop off.

My husband and I absolutely love Alicias pet care/dog&cat boarding and grooming. We have taken our almost 2 year old chocolate lab there for boarding several times as well as a bath/ nail trim. Our puppy (Knox) has the best time when staying overnight and it gives us such relief to know he’s in wonderful care and we also get daily updates with pictures or a video. We can’t thank them enough for all they do for us and for our sweet puppy. I highly recommend anyone to check them out and know that you will receive the best care! Attached below is a couple pictures of his recent stay there, so happy and having the best time!

I had to board my dog for the first time in 4 years and they did an outstanding job with her. Shiloh is a very anxious pup about being away from home and grooming and they worked with her to keep her comfortable. They were very transparent and kept me updated during her entire 4 day stay. They groomed her the last day of her stay and she smelled and looked amazing coming home. I highly recommend!

EDIT! Im so sorry to have to post this review update. I recently took Cleo to Alicias for a routine groom. Apparently they have recently hired a new cat groomer. I personally found the lady to be a bit "in your face" about certain things we were discussing. IE whether Alicia uses scissors or plucking when grooming the face. It was my understanding at the last groom. Which Alicia did herself. That she does NOT scissor a cats face, she plucks it. Regardless the "NEW" groomer wanted to argue that point with me. I just brushed that off. Maybe shes just outspoken. HOWEVER, when she decided it was time to remove Cleo from her carrier, there was no introduction to an animal she had never met. She opened the carrier, reached in a firmly scruffed Cleo. Cleo is not a "pampered" pet but she is a 4 y/o miniature Persian who weight 4lbs. She has never needed to be scruffed, never fought during multiple other grooms (even Alicia said she was very calm and a pleasure to groom at her last groom). She is a very patient and calm cat. I should have followed my first mind and removed her from the facility at that time. Instead I hoped for the best and that said groomer was better at grooming than introductions. I left the facility, ran to the store and returned to wait in my car for the groom to be finished. Less than an hour after I left. The groomer came out and waved her arms at me. I assumed they were finished and went in even though that was VERY FAST. At that point she started firmly telling me how bad Cleo had been, how she was "over" grooming for the day. How they had been able to bath her but that was it before Cleo started "alligator rolling and urinating on herself" BOTH of which if I believed would be highly concerning and out of character for my cat and I just as firmly told her that. She then proceeded to tell me that they "did me a favor and charged me a reduced rate for her bath" because they couldn't even get her dried. The last 2 pictures are of how wet she was after driving 45 minutes in the carrier ON A TOWEL once we got home and I could take her out of the carrier. She was traumatized at this establishment. I can not specifically say what happened because I wasn't there. But what I can say is, the behavior that was described to me was nothing I've ever witnessed by my cat, the personality of the new groomer is abrasive at best, my cat was not damp as described. She was soaking wet. The ears that they said where cleaned were earwax smeared into the fur behind her ears and I personally will NEVER take my pet back to this facility. Im really saddened by that fact. I was hoping I had found a quality longterm groomer for Cleo. After looking everywhere to find a reputable groomer who works with cats and is accepting new clients, we finally found Alicia's. We were able to get in pretty quick. Within a few weeks, and although Alicia's is almost an hour from us, we will be using her fur all our future grooming needs. Cleopatra AKA Frumpy looks and feels so much better. BIG PLUS. Alicia was able to groom her, without traumatizing her, even though Frumpy was scared. Alicia took her time and made sure not to push too hard or fast. Definitely recommend! Before and after photos 🥰
