I’m very disappointed with my experience at this cat grooming service. Unfortunately, the grooming job was done very poorly. The cut was extremely uneven, and my cat had visible patches of hair missing. It honestly looked rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, they have been unresponsive to phone calls, which is frustrating when you’re trying to address concerns about your pet. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. It was definitely overpriced for the level of care provided. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I recently had a positive experience at Furrs N'Purrs with my feline companion. The staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to my cat Stella's well-being throughout her visit. They provided attentive and gentle care, ensuring she felt comfortable. I was pleased with the professional and compassionate service offered. Upon my return to pick her up, I was met with a happy and healthy pet. This experience has certainly left a favorable impression. I would recommend their services to other cat owners. They truly understand how to care for our furry friends.

Great service! My 90 lb Labrador was super relaxed and clean after his bath! Everyone was great to talk to and took good care of my fur baby!

My senior dog is usually very anxious, but when I picked him up after his appointment today, he had a huge smile on his face! 💜 The groomer took care of him so well, and was very considerate about his skin condition. Grooming was done surprisingly quickly in comparison to my experiences with other salons, which I appreciate very much!! Overall, very happy with my experience and will definitely come again! ✨
