Smudge's Dog House, Boarding Daycare Grooming Self Serve Wash.

Tried this place for the first time today and loved it. The washes are in the backs of these truck beds true to the theme of the place. The hoses are great for getting the soaps out, and the soaps smell great. They have inside and outside blow dry spots and for my great Pyrenees the outside one was amazing so I didn’t get suffocated with hair! The man working was very friendly and I will definitely be back!

I heard about this place through a lady at the home store. I have needed to bathe my dogs but was unsure of where to take them. I didn’t want to use a groomer after a poor experience. Honestly considering it’s a bath house for dogs I thought there would be hair everywhere and not so clean, if fact it was clean and didn’t smell. I like they give you everything that you need. Our dogs over all didn’t mind much for the process. I will use this place again. (I will bring a step stool next time. I’m not tall enough for hooking my dog up for the blower and the reaching to wash my dogs was a little difficult.) You can’t beat the price at all. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Grooming was excellent and the staff went above and beyond when I had a reaction to the product used. They asked me to bring Millie back and bathed her in hypoallergenic product and wouldn't take additional money. Stellar customer service, they listen and grooming is excellent. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you

I love supporting small businesses and really wanted to like this business. I went in today with high expectations after reading the reviews. We brought our dog in and were shown to the tub and set up. We usually wash at Wag-n-Wash and are used to several choices of shampoos, including deshedding, odor control, shine, etc… There was only 1 soap, if you want to call it that. We were given 2 squirt bottles, 1 with “shampoo” and 1 with “conditioner”. When I squirt the shampoo, it was so watered down, it didn’t even lather. I used more, still no lather. Same with the conditioner. What a waste of time and money. We ended up leaving and stopping at Wag-n-Wash on the way home to get the wash we wanted originally. We will stick with them in the future.

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! Alicia groomed Lexi and was very patient and kind with her! She did an absolutely fantastic job and made me feel at ease! Highly recommend taking your fur baby here 💕
