The groomers did an excellent job on my dogs during our visit on Friday, although the construction going on in the store made them a bit agitated. I always take my dogs to this salon because they feel comfortable there.

I’ve been visiting this location for the past year, either booking appointments or doing self-wash for my furry baby. However, the past couple of months have been a significant decline in service. According to Google Maps, they are open at 8 am, but when I arrive, the doors are closed, and no one answers the phone. I’ve called multiple times, but there’s no response. The poop station outside is full, which is unsanitary. Additionally, the front door scheduling is inaccurate and all over the place. I’m definitely not bringing my business here anymore.

They have beyond exceeded my expectations and provided a wonderful experience for my pup! Winston looks so handsome and the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They have helped me navigate grooming as a new pet owner, not only services they provide but with home care as well. Nicholas did an amazing job, and I will be returning for all our future grooming needs! 🤩
