Went in for a nail cut and grooming staff was very rude in particular some one named Susanna. She and another employee were not willing to help or explain the different packages. They had an attitude and when another customer walked in we were told to move aside once we figure out what we want. Don't bring your dogs here !!!!! Go to pet supplies plus they treated us with respect and were willing to explain services without being rude.

First time bird owner! And went and got this precious bird, we are so in love with her already! Meet Honey, she’s a very fiesty bird.. hasn’t showed must personality yet as we just got her couple days ago. we love her! Thank you Petsmart.

Took my older pup into PetSmart for bath and hair cut as I've done for years. The lady who usually grooms her was not working this week so I selected a convenient time not noticing the groomer. Dropped my pup off and all was well. After arriving home got a tel call from groomer. It was an assistant not her who inspected my pup. The groomer informed me my pups hair was matted and I needed to take her to a vet for hair cut. I know of no vets that groom dogs plus were a vet to groom your dog the bill would a couple thousand dollars I suspect. My pup is a mix breed and looks to be part poodle and something else. That's just the way their hair is. Soo I drove back and picked up my pup. Took her to Petco. A bright pretty groomer Candy looked her over and said she's fine. She groomed her and never looked better. Soo PerSmart lost a long time customer and Petco acquired one.

I've been to this location a couple of times in the past 6 months and I don't have anything really negative to say. The staff is always pretty friendly, answer any questions and prices are decent when things are on sale. My only recommendation would be to increase their stocks of certain items because they seem to be out of quite a bit ofproduct. Although please keep in mind that I've only been in a few times.

Wonderful experience there tonight! The guy in reptiles/fish was extremely helpful. We bought a piebald chameleon & purchased the setup piece by piece. He answered every question and was able to get us all set up with everything I wanted within 20 minutes of closing time.
