Treats Unleashed

I've had nothing but good experiences taking my long haired chihuahua to get groomed at Treats Unleashed. They actually prioritize taking care of one pet at a time, so it only took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I really appreciate this because it helps minimize stress on dogs that have anxiety and and other health conditions. Sadie at the Creve Coeur location was great. She was careful when trimming my baby's nails. She had someone hold him since he has arthritis and luxating petellas, that way they weren't bending his feet and legs at uncomfortable angles. They are also very well priced.

Had a great experience at the Creve Coeur location. Murphy did an excellent job on my dog Gretchen's nails which hadn't been done in quite awhile. He even got the long extended nail that I didn't know what to do with. He was great with Gretchen. The self-wash a nice set-up and Anastasia was nice to explain how it all worked since it was our 1st time using it. I highly recommend this place. It has a nice atmosphere and treats galore!

We took our senior beagle to have her nails done. She was very scared and unsure. Murphy was so kind, caring and gentle with her! He has always been great with our 2 big dogs! He is a great groomer and we are thankful for him! We also used the self wash and it was great - everything we needed right there! The staff are always kind and helpful!!

Treats Unleashed was highly recommended to me by my PT who shops at a different location. Last week I stopped at the Creve Coeur store to buy natural bone broth, and I ended up making a few extra "impulse purchases" which I rarely do. The items suggested for my dog by the shop did not work out well. The Woof Power Chewer Pupsicle was enjoyed by my 38 pound beagle mix for ten minutes while I was in the room. She licked it voraciously but also intermittently used her teeth to attempt to get more of the frozen treat out. When I took it away, it was pocked with teeth marks and I was not able to open the warped lid. Another toy I purchased my dog wants nothing to do with. I was hopeful I had found a store with workers who could suggest products that would be helpful. I'm a loyal customer to trusted shops, and I wish I could be one for Pets Unleashed. They workers were very friendly. The bone broth was a big hit, but the rest of the $95 purchase was a huge, expensive mistake. I will stick with buying West Paw products from one of the other pet supply stores.

I took my Akita to get groomed here and I absolutely loved it. Great service. Friendly staff. Finished quickly. I already made my next appointment with Sadie. She’s awesome.
