Fido’s Pet Grooming & Hotel

I had such an amazing experience! They were kind enough to take my Pomeranian in without an appointment and were incredibly patient and gentle with her. She was clearly well taken care of, and she looked absolutely adorable after her trim. You can really tell they care about the dogs. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've been to 2 different groomers in Edinburg before Fido's, and no one has ever given him such a nice haircut. I'm very happy with the price and the efficiency. It only took about 2 hours which is half the time it would take the other groomers.

Great customer service and my dogs have never looked better! I am originally from the valley but live up in DFW and make trips down here to visit family and get my dogs groomed here! Squish, Skye and Theodore love visiting them!

Let me start by saying that Ive always loved the service here, I’ve taken my schnauzer Ariel a handful of times. I’m not a regular but I do consider this place her go to spot for grooming. I’ve been very pleased with the services before. The cut & time efficiency has been great. This time however it wasn’t that. Unfortunately there was miscommunication between the person that was up front and the groomers. The haircut was completely off. Way more fur was cut than requested. It wasn’t a bad cut but it wasn’t the cut i asked and expected. I understand it’s just a haircut and it will grow but when you’re paying for a service you’d expect a more accurate result. Unfortunately the wait time was also an issue this time I had an appointment at 9:30 am and wasn’t called to pick her up until 3 pm. I understand that there’s walk ins but I didn’t expect to wait almost 6 hours for my pet.

My dog CHEWY-gets groomed at this facility. They are so caring and careful with him. Customer service is awesome they treat my dog like family. And when I pick him up he is not upset, shaking he is a happy pup. I am fully satisfied with this place. Thanks a bunch
