This was our first time here, and unfortunately I left extremely disappointed. I was VERY clear that I did not want my 8-month-old Mini Schnauzer shaved down. I specifically asked for fluffy legs and how we like a fluffier style . they even showed me the cut samples that reflected the level of fluffiness . During the appointment, I received a call saying the “skirt” style might not work, (I took a full fluffy puppy in ) but at no point did I approve shaving her down. When my husband picked her up, she looked completely different from what we requested,essentially the exact haircut I repeatedly said I did NOT want. And it was also a terrible shaved cut . When he addressed it, instead of taking accountability, they insisted I had chosen the shave-down option from the beginning, which is simply not true. That was frustrating and dismissive. They also mentioned she was moving around a lot, but she is an 8-month-old puppy. Puppies require patience and experience, and if they were uncomfortable grooming puppies or maintaining a fluffier cut on a young dog, that should have been communicated upfront, this is a was not my puppy’s first groom and she has never been shaved down . I understand hair grows back, but I paid $60 for a result I specifically asked to avoid. More disappointing than the haircut itself was the lack of accountability or effort to make the situation right. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and do not recommend taking your precious fur babies here .

10/10!!! First time here since I just move to the area. Amazing customer service. Lianie 🐶 did great and the grooming was beautifully done! Definitely staying with them!

10/10 The Young Lady In Front Was Very Friendly Very Informative With Their Services And Prices ! I Took Her Saturday As A Walkin Her Apt Started @2pm and She Was Ready By 4pm. My Baby Hailey Is One Of Our Shy Pooches And When I Picked Her Up She Was Very Happy ! For That Thank You So Much !
