Doggy Dearest Grooming

Easy and welcoming. Have always take great care of our Maltese poodle mix with very stubborn hair.

Very bad service, I took my shihtzu here for regular grooming. Dropped off at 10am and wasn't ready until about 5pm. I kept calling to check if he was ready and was told almost, we'll call you. Didn't call me, went to pick him up and they took a while to bring him out. He had a scarf which was normal. When we got home, his neck was bleeding, he had been cut pretty bad and they didn't disclose it to me. I do not recommend this place at all. Please go elsewhere.

Called yesterday to make an appointment to bathe my dog, was told that I didn't need one, that they do walk-ins and close until 3 p.m. I took my dog today at 12 p.m. and was told that they were "about done for the day." Terrible customer service.

My fur baby got skunked at night and Doggie Dearest was able to take him right the next day in the morning. He wasn’t smelly once they finished treating him. The staff was friendly and very nice.

Called when we were literally down the street and they had walk in availability for our two fur babies. The littlest one came out looking SO cute, they smelled so good for like a week!
