I called in the morning to see if there was availability to go in as a walk in and they happily took me in. Of course it was a wait due to the walk in. But they did a amazing job on my baby. She didn't seem as anxious leaving as she usually dose at other locations. Incredibly friendly staff and good service!

My husband has been taking our 18-year-old cocker spaniel here for years. They’re always so gentle and caring with her. Now that we have a malamute and husky, we continue to take them there. They have great prices, but most of all they treat all three of our dogs with care. Both of our huskies are rescues. Our malamute suffered from anxiety. He would get very nervous going to any place, especially the groomer. At Pampered pet they have a specific groomer who always works with him. He feels comfortable going, and I know that he’s in good hands. It’s very hard finding a reliable groomer in El Paso. I’m very fortunate that my husband found them early on. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a grooming service with their dogs.
