PetSmart Grooming

They are terrible at this location, I lived in other places and their services were excellent. But specifically this location struggles so bad. I stopped bringing my dogs for grooming because my dog was unfinished twice when i picked her up. After a year I decided to give them a second chance and guess what… I scheduled my dog only for bath and brush yesterdag and they forgot to wash her face, when i picked her up I asked the groomer if she gave her a lot of trouble on her face and she responded “i did what I could” with an attitude even I actually left a very good tip for the crappy job she did. Then today I had my second dog scheduled and they cancelled him because they were short staffed. Unbelievable!

I dropped off my dog to her 9AM appt today and usually they call to inform me she’s ready. Today, I had to call myself because it was 2:30 and I was worried if something had happened. My dog is already up there in age; she’s 15 and her bladder isn’t as strong as it used to be. When I called, they told me the groomer left hours ago and supposedly left me a message and that my dog was just there on the table. I never received a message from anyone, not even an email. I didn’t get my dog until 3:11pm. I will NEVER go back to any PetSmart for grooming purposes. As soon as we got home, she ran to the back door to use the restroom and drank so much water after that. This location doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. I’m so disappointed with the grooming staff.
