I normally do not write reviews but today I took my 3 pups to this petsmart to get their nails grinder and I was pleasantly surprised with the service in this place. My 2 girls' nails (Spotty and Luna) were done by Lilly, she was great! A patience of a Saint, very sweet and calm... my pups had never been in Petsmart salon before and I was afraid that they will have a hard time as they do not let me touch their paws at home and di it myself but the great and calm energy of Lilly helped my girls si much that they were great during the appointment. My boy (Whiskey) was another story... he moved mire than a snake jejeje so the person that attempted to do his nails couldn't do it. I think he was able yo read the energy and knew that he was being a pain and the 2 girls that were with him (one "trying " to do his nails and the other holding him) were getting a little stressed (I don't blame them) so they decided to trim his nails instead of do the drimmel and hopefully next time he will do better. I asked Lilly to try with him next time. Overall, great experience with my 3 pups. I will definitely will be coming back woth my furry kids to this place and highly recommend it

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I went into PetSmart to buy some water crystals for my mealworms and I was letting my daughter look at the animals and I noticed this cuties enclosure was at 11% humidity which is WAY too low so my fiance bought it for me, we got out to the car and not only was the enclosure so dry, it's in MID molt when they NEED the humidity.... Just shows that they take such poor care of their animals/reptiles 😭😭 I hope I saved it

Who didn't love this place? It's like a theme park for the animal lover in us all!!

So we bought a cat and they didn't tell us that she had problems. It's like what the hell and why do we have to pay cash? Then, not credit card 😒 🙄 i am very upset with you guys. I would never shop there and buy animals there. It's ridiculous of what they do. It makes me very upset.

My Sophie came home so clean, nails amazing. The groomer assured me she would be fine and she was! The bandana was just icing on the cake. She looks amazing, she smell great and those nails are perfect! Booking appointment was easy. It went exactly as Tierney said it! I'm a lifetime customer now.♥️🐾
