PetSmart Grooming

The store and training department are awesome! Those employees are the best. However my review is for the grooming department. Grooming used to be awesome until Crystal left. Now everyone we deal with has a crappy attitude and they act like you’re bothering them when you walk in. Even for something as simple as a nail trim. Just some miserable girls working in there.

Wanted a simple haircut and nails trimmed. They complained our dog was too nervous. Suggested just a bath next time. Called to schedule a bath, but they refused. Lazy lying employees unwilling to work.

Lazy folks. They’ll only work if it’s an easy haircut. We need people who want to work not these guys.

Amazing these girls are took my English bulldog Gigi today her Groomer Caitlyn was amazin I will be sending my family and friends ❤️
