(from Google)Friendly service, they always do an amazing job with our pup! Drop off is quick and they always have plenty of groomers ready to get your pup in. They keep you updated on pick up times and he always looks great at pick up.
I've been taking my fur baby to 100% Fancy Grooms for years. I'm never disappointed. I leave her a furry dirty mess and get her back smelling fresh and clean and looking her best! They do a great job every time.
Update.. she was brought in on Thursday the 10th. I figured she may have slipped in a tub or fallen off of a table or something and was sore. I was willing to give a few days to see if she got better. After seeing no improvement with rest and otc meds, I stopped in on Monday the 21st and was told there was no owner in site that day. I came back today the 22. That's only 11 days after her appt. Not 3 weeks. The vet agrees that rest and quiet were the proper actions to take given the indications. If she had just tweaked something, the swelling would need to come down. That and adrenaline at seeing her owner again that's is she was "prancing" out the door. That night and the next day when the swelling and adrenaline would have gone down, the injury woukd have presented itself. This is why when you over do it at the gym, you may not feel it until a day or two later. I was trying to be a good owner and understanding patron. I did not deserve the treatment I rec'd this morning. Im out just over $100 at the moment. If she doesn't improve with these meds, the next course of action will be to take her to an orthopedic vet. If she ends up having to have surgery I will be looking into my legal rights. Because of the nature of our relationship, I have a lot of witnesses to her daily affect. I brought my service dog here for a simple bath and brush. I saw that they dye dogs and asked for her tail tip. I dropped her off at 9 and picked her up a few hours later. She was excited to see me and aside from her tail not being super dyed (I don't think they charged me. My bill was less than I had been quoted) she looked good. We got home and she seemed more quiet than normal. I go to a little vendor fair once a month to sell my wares. She was much more subdued than she usually is. Sunday she was a little lame so, I figured maybe she had slipped in the tub or something. So, I kept her quiet and didn't o a lot of my normal activities. Over the next few days she did not improve despite having given her some joint supplements and doggie aspirin. I went into the shop to discuss what had happened and was met with extremely defensive shop owner. She wasn't hearing anything of what I was trying to say. She kept going on about me trying to accuse them of something and hinted that my dog was unsound beforehand. Eventually, she just went on a nasty defensive mode. I told her id take my dog to the vet and if they found an acute issue vs a chronic one, then that is highly suggestive that something happened while she was here. She got very mad at that idea. I was taken aback. A reasonable response would have been, "Yes, take her the vet. If he finds something acute bring me a report and a receipt and we'll see what we can do. Berating and being aggressively defensive is not very professional. I took my dog to the vet who said yes, this looks like a cruciate ligament issue. It's either a very bad sprain or a tear. It's *not* a chronic issue. He says klhe knows this isn't a chronic issue since a, she's never been seen for it and b, she has no crepedice in the joint. Something happened to her. The vet and meds cost just over $100. If she doesn't improve in 5-7 days e wants me to take her to a orthopedic vet and surgery to repair will likely cost $3k. Of this is the case, i will have no recourse but to sue. Be very cautious of bringing your dog here.
Bryanna did a great job with our pet! Setting an appointment over the phone was no issue, price was fair. Drop-off was quick, with plenty of groomers working and available. I received a phone call for a prompt pick up. I'll be trusting my girlie here again & again.
I recently moved to Fresno. During my move I lost my dog's immunization records. I doubted Fancy Grooms would accept my dogs. When I called I was surprised to hear that it didn't matter. Making things better, they had an immediate opening. My dogs were well taken care of and groomed well. The staff was friendly, professional, and devoted to the needs of my dogs.
