Our 55 lb shephard mix (also known as "shedder" mix) had his 4th groom by Elite this week. The owner does a superb job at bath, brush and deshed. She really spends time on the dog that is needed. So little hair falling on the floor this week. Thank you!

“I had multiple excellent experience with this grooming service. They were punctual, professional, and treated my dog with great care. The haircut was neat and exactly what I asked for, and my dog looked fresh and felt soft for days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable groomer.” I highly recommend Jennifer she is a great person and my dogs loved her, specially my Shitzu Panni she sang with Jennifer during the grooming❤️

Went for the first time to get our 4 dogs a nail trim. Great experience from start to finish! Very professional and we were in and out in 10 minutes! Price was also very fair! We will definitely be using them in the future!

I got my dog groomed here a few days ago. When I picked him up he was cleaned up nicely not totally dry but he’s a fluffy boy so no biggie. A couple of days after the grooming I noticed him showing some discomfort behind his ear and when I looked there was huge wound. I could instantly tell it was caused by a trimmer. The groomer tried to remove a mat and cut his ear real good. After I saw this I called the shop twice and no answer. Firstly they should’ve been careful. Secondly they should’ve told me about this and I could have taken care of him instead of hiding it from me. Thirdly they didn’t get back to me after I called them twice (I’m pretty sure they have my number of file) This is very unprofessional and the wound could’ve been infected. This place is expensive for this service and I’m very disappointed considering I also left a tip for the groomer.

I can't express how grateful I am to have found Yascenka S. (groomer). My puppy, Stormy, is a mix of Shih Tzu and Chihuahua and has always been extremely nervous and anxious. Her fur is like Shih Tzu hair, which makes grooming essential but also quite a challenge. The first time I took her to a different groomer, they actually called me to pick her up because they couldn’t finish the service. She was nervous, aggressive and wouldn’t stop moving. After that experience, I avoided groomers for a while and tried grooming her myself, but it was impossible. I eventually reached a point where I considered sedated grooming, but the wait times after the holidays were too long. Desperate, I decided to give Elite Pet Spa /Yascenka S. a try, and I’m so glad I did! When I dropped off Stormy, she cried hysterically—I had never heard her cry like that before. But when I picked her up, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Stormy looked so happy, calm, and beautifully groomed. Yascenka mentioned that Stormy did give her some trouble at first but explained how she patiently worked with her, showering her with love and understanding. Stormy seemed genuinely happy. It was such a relief and joy to see her looking and feeling so great. This was truly the best grooming experience we’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be bringing her back. Also, there were knots in hard to reach places, belly area, but she did a really good job! Highly recommend Yascenka S. to anyone with a nervous or difficult-to-groom pet!
