I came in last week to get some last minute items. I have never been to a pet smart and recently got a puppy. Your employees on the floor are great and your cashier that helped us was more than helpful my family appreciated that. I believe his name is Rudolpho ( I do apologize if I got that wrong). Also love the variety of leashes and collars

I had a great experience at this PetSmart. Bob was very knowledgeable and helped me quickly find the medication I needed for my friend’s cat. He was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this location.

The lady at the front is super helpful, she makes sure you claim your rewards if you have the app. When you have multiple pets saving a few bucks on expensive food is helpful! Thank you again, id recommend coming here.

I recently brought my Goldendoodle in for her monthly grooming appointment and was very disappointed with the outcome. Instead of receiving the light trim I requested, she was completely shaved. Upon inspecting her afterward, I also noticed a few small cuts on her belly. My dog was not matted prior to the appointment, so this level of grooming was unnecessary. Additionally, her original appointment was canceled at the last minute, which added further inconvenience. I have been a loyal PetSmart customer for over ten years, bringing in my other doodles for grooming as well, but this recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, due to the quality of service and the injuries my dog sustained, I will not be returning for future grooming appointments.

This place has a great selection of prescription pet food. Easy to buy on line and pick up at your convenience. Our pet got prescription diet food and so far je has lost 2 pounds! And has plenty of energy!
