I’ve been bringing my dogs to Joy since 2019, and I can say without hesitation that she is the most compassionate and professional groomer I’ve ever encountered. When I first came to her, I had an older Yorkie named Bella who had been through quite a bit at other grooming salons. Joy was the first groomer to truly earn Bella’s trust, and their final groom together ended up being the best one Bella ever had a memory I will always cherish. Now, I bring my Mini Poodle, Pickles, and the experience has been nothing short of magical. Joy somehow takes my wildest, most creative grooming ideas and brings them to life every time Pickles comes out looking like she stepped straight out of Paris! Not only is Joy incredibly talented and imaginative, she’s also patient and grounded in what truly matters: the well-being of the dog. In an industry where I’ve seen too many groomers prioritize a finished look over a pet’s emotional or physical state, Joy stands out with her honesty and compassion. If something isn’t possible for your pet that day, she’ll say so and then work with you to get there the right way. Joy is a rare find, and I’m so grateful to have her as Pickles’ groomer. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I was delighted with my service. As always Joy Kathryn adds a smile and sunshine when she accepts my fur babies. She gave me updates on their care, and when I picked the fur babies up, they were happy, healthy and well groomed. I used to get the best service here. They did an amazing job with my dog and my dog loved coming here and never give them any trouble. However about 6 months ago, that all changed. The last 3 times I tried to bring my dog in for just nail trimming I have been turn away. I understand they have a busy schedule but they can't even offer me appointments anymore for his baths. This groomer obviously does not care for my business anymore based on how she responded to me both times. It's said because she actually a great groomer but her additude has definitely changed.
