PetSmart Grooming

Awful experience. Won’t ever be back.

My dog came back with clipper burn on his anus and his testicles. When I called about it to figure out why my furbaby's bottom was bleeding, I was told that it is because my dog scoots his bottom and it's an anal gland issue.. while I do know that he does this and yes, I get his anal glands expressed, that has NEVER caused his rear end to bleed... EVER. I am so disappointed and angry. The last time I took him, there was an Olly that worked there. When the lady called to tell me that Bear would be done in 15 minutes, I could hear him yell Bear's name. So twice in a row I've had an issue. I didn't call last time because I would just not choose that guy to groom him. After this mornings phone conversation, and how my dogs rear is raw, clipper burned, and bloody, I just won't take my dog there again. It is not dripping blood, but the skin is absolutely broken. I have pictures but I don't think it's appropriate to post them on here.

The staff were so friendly, did everything i asked, and didn't take them very long. Will absolutely be bringing my dogs back here!

Great job

As always I was able to find what I needed...and more. I would give a 5 star if there was staff actually interested in helping their customers. One has to be content with wandering around since no floor help is ever visible. Then, there is the time spent waiting at the register for someone to show up check you out. The photo includes one of the items I bought that was not on my list! Lol
