We have taken our dog bouncer here on and off for 4 years!! Well we haven't taken him in over a year and Brooke used to always groom him!! I never had any problems when I got him back!! I took him down there last week and got him back!! Well hes got fleas and had never had them, he has also gotten aggressive, my husband went to give him a bath today he bit him and he has never been that way towards my husband!! Our dog is terrified of a bath now and refuses to let us bathe him!! I don't know what they did to our dog but he is traumatized!! I wouldn't recommend!! I will never take him back there!!

Sent my dog bouncer here to have him cleaned. He's been traumatized since we picked him up. I went to wash him today and he bit me in the face. His skin is broke out so bad he has scabs and bald spots. They abused my dog. And im filing a lawsuit. Do not go here. My dog was great and normal before taking him here.

Pro's; Friendly staff and reasonable price $60 + $2 credit card fee (reasonable if you got what was promised). Con's; When I made the appointment I was told it takes roughly 2 hours. This was a big part of the reason I chose to make the appointment. My dog is a rescue and gets very stressed going to a groomer and sitting in a cage, so I try not to use groomers who ask you to leave him for the day. I dropped him at 9:15 and I called at 12:30 to check on him, I was told about another hour because one groomer was out sick. I showed up at 1:40 and waited until about 2. They asked, and we agreed they'd take half the length of his body hair off, but because the groomer was frustrated and in a rush she shaved his body and left unevenly cut long hair on his legs and head. I know he did not have any matts as I brushed him the day before to make sure, as it's usually an extra fee, so there was no reason to shave him except to hurry. I don't think he was bathed either. He's a Maltipoo and doesn't ever smell like a dog, but he always has some scent after a grooming and he had none. While I was waiting a woman came in to pickup her two dogs. After she paid, they handed her both dogs at the same time with no leashes so she's standing there trying to figure out how to safely get both dogs to her vehicle. I helped her with the door and opened her car door as well. The building is on a very busy road and she struggled to hang onto them until she could get them in the car. I've seen other reviews with comments about the woman with the tattoos and unfortunately this was her that worked on my dog, and who unsafely released these dogs. If they were so busy because of someone being out, I really wish they had just told me they were too busy to take my dog. Instead, my dogs pink skin shows through his white hair and he looks like a mess. He's also cold and hates wearing sweaters. I've had strangers commenting to me about him and a few have told me I shouldn't have paid. This is the worst grooming job I've ever seen and will definitely never go back. The appointment was on March 14th 2024.

I'm just amazed how they were able to give my 2 shih tzus their spark back.. not gonna get into details as to why they were so matted but these here folks did an amazing job.. I am so thankful and will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Love Daisy and Cosmo.. 🥰
