Things here are not the same since Jamie left . I've taken my dog here for 2 yrs, Jamie was very efficient, 1.5 hours if that & awesome customer service I have taken my dog in three times since Jamie's been gone each time at least 2.5 hours .... She's a short dog, she Doesn't need groomed ... Just bathed, ears, gland, cleaned, and nails clipped & I went in when they had her 2.5 hours in her nails weren't even clipped yet. & Then the groomer got smart with me when I just said what's taking so long..... Jamie was a great loss to this place, I will not return

Hands down the worst haircut I've ever received for my pom. They just so happened to up their price for this? He literally has no hair left. I don't think I've ever left a review for a company in my life, but this is unacceptable for $100.00. Asked for a lion cut, bear cut would have been fine. If they didn't know how to do it, they could have just said that. What is this?

Alley took great care of my baby Bama! It was his first time going to the groomers, he so fluffy, and a handful! He looked so cute in his blue neck tie even the cat, Little Mother Fluffer is impressed with how good he smells he’s snuggling into his tail!

I took my dog for his nails to be trimmed. 2 hours later get a call they can’t do it. Told me to take him to a vet. Thanks for nothing. If you don’t have the staff/equipment to restrain a 50lb dog don’t offer services for them.

Definitely the best grooming Titus has ever gotten - and I know he can be a tough customer sometimes 🤣 I booked on Google and it gave me a window of time that was kind of long, wish I could set an appointment time, but again, well worth it for the excellent job they did!
