PetSmart Grooming

Unbelievable experience with our ShyLilly. Said she bit the groomer. They put her in a wire cage with nothing, on a cold cement floor. Didn't call us. When we called 2 hours later, said we had to come and get her out of cage. No apologies. She's a 22lb MinPin 5 years old, has been groomed by many groomers, been through evaluation for temperament for boarding and daycare by Haven, no issues or problems ever. She spent 3 months in and out of UCSD Pritzer/Jacobs heart transplant hospital, hotels and restaurants with us, no issues as the well mannered and behaved intelligent girl she is, while her "daddy" received his new heart. Something definitely wrong here at this place or with that groomer.

I brought my dog in for nail clipping and to do his glands. And she complained because he's older and he likes to grumble he was not growling. She only did one side of him and not the other so he was still in pain and the nails were not trimmed correctly so basically once I got to my destination because I travel, I had to go take him and pay again to have somebody do it correctly which they did. I appreciated them very much. Not a great experience.

Petsmart has been back ordered on a specific Merrick canned wet food for quite some time. It seems that there are some shortages of brand dog foods in my opinion.
