millie went for her first appointment with them today, and she literally left smiling lol. she came out looking absolutely beautiful, and they did a fabulous job with everything. millie loved the staff so much we will 100% come back!

I recently adopted a dog with extreme anxiety when it comes to nail trimming. She's possibly had some sort of trauma from previous experiences. Our vet/groomer tried trimming her first and failed. They said they could not trim her nails without also sedating her. We did that for her once, but did not want to take this approach long term. So I called Luv My Groomer and shared her anxious tendencies and explained that it would be difficult. I wanted to provide full disclosure before I took her there. They had no qualms accepting my dog and assured me they were experienced with these scenarios. I honestly did not think it was possible, but decided to take her there anyways to give it a shot. They were very accommodating to create the best conditions for my dog (letting us come in before they opened for business and before other dogs were there, letting us be by her side during the trimming to try to keep her calm). They were patient with my dog, but also persistent with the process. It was an absolute miracle, but they got my dog's nails trimmed today. I was in complete shock and couldn't believe they got it done. I will definitely be taking my dog back for future nail trims and additional services.

Took my Chihuahua here to be groomed and nailed trimmed. Received a call he was ready. Picked him up 30 mins later, only to find he was NOT bathed and nails not cut. Very disappointed and Do Not Recommend!!!!!

This place was a life saver for grooming our American bully. Everyone is scared to even clip his toenails. We went and asked. They said they would try. He has been going for over a year now. My baby boy loves everyone there and actually is happy to go. Thank each of you so much for the care and love you show our little boy Goliath. As everyone knows they are part of our family. Special people as you and your employees have definitely treated him as he is a special boy. THANK YOU!!!!

I had my dog groomed here last year and never wrote a review, but I asked for a LIGHT trim behind her ears and sanitary trim and bath/brush and was horrified when my poor dog came out SKINNED I could literally see the pink of her skin, I was so frozen when I saw her I just wanted to dart out of there to go cry in the car. She literally looked like a sheered alpaca and any good groomer knows that chows are NEVER supposed to be shaved. I never said anything and I just paid so that was my fault but I would like other customers to be wary.
