PetSmart Grooming

I was kind of skeptical at first because I only saw kind of regular dog reviews, and my dogs were very anxious and haven’t been groomed by other people before, I have two very furry huskies and they came in rough shape, I was surprised with how well they got them to look taking out matts and deshedding them, very happy with the results and I’ll def be coming here more often for my dogs to be groomed.

People are very friendly. Store us clean. Very nice.

Staff was very helpful. Patiently explain how my daughter can take care of her praying mentis.

My two Lhasa apso’s had an appointment for 2:00 today. At a few minutes before noon, I received a phone call informing me that their appointments were cancelled due to their age. They are fifteen and sixteen years old and in good shape. The gal said they don’t groom dogs when they reach fifteen. I asked why then they had been grooming my sixteen year old for the last year. She had no answer and suggested I have someone come to our home for their grooming needs. I asked why I wasn’t informed earlier than two hours before the appointment. Again, no answer. I am deeply disappointed in PetSmart after having been a good customer for many years. This was extremely unprofessional.

Cassidy is a professional groomer. She always does a perfect job with my doodle girl. Very friendly and always has a smile on her face Great customer service !!!
