I was disappointed that the soap left my dog smelling worst than before, we had to go wash him at home. If I were to use this place again I would bring my own soap. Also the card reader doesn't work so bring cash! Lastly, it was very hard to clean up because there was no broom or anything to help pick up hair once you sprayed things down.

I have two wire haired pointing griffs at home and to clean them in the tub is disastrous 😂I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found this pampered paws pet wash. I washed dried and left with both dogs clean and fresh. I would tell anyone who has a dog to find one close to them and just enjoy your clean furry friend without dirtying your bathroom! So thrilled with this place I will go again and again! Thank you for making this an easy and cost effective experience.

My first experience was great, I loved all the options of shampoos/treatments and I loved that they had the treat vending machine. I appreciated the door that could be opened for ventilation. I liked that I could lock both doors from the inside so that I could feel safe being there at night. My only suggestion would be to maybe stick a grip/non-slip pad to the step since it can get wet and my dog slipped getting out. I also think a ramp would be more ideal for older/nervous dogs to make it easier to get up.

I highly recommend taking your dog here for a bath! It was very easy to use and so nice not to have the bath mess at home. My 90lbs Labrador was a very good sport. I liked the high powered sprayer and dryer. The raised tub made it easy to thoroughly clean him up.

I used this dog wash for the 1st time and LOVED it! So easy to use. I usually take my dog elsewhere to get washed monthy but now I am going to start taking my dog here every other week. To be honest my dog smells better than he ever has after being washed! My dog weighs 41 pounds I have washed him in my tub before and hated it. This is a life saver!
