(from Google)Hannah bussy , is the most amazing woman at pet paradise. She truly loves her job and, most of all, the animals. She is professional and caring and a loving person . She also cares for her clients
Our dog seems fine after his 3 day stay. Did not get any feedback on his stay from Pet Paradise. Assume we should have contacted them to get feedback. In another facility we use up north they give us a full report. Also did not know we could do video viewing. So next time we will be able to give a much more accurate review after we ask for the report and view our boy a few times while at the facility.
Don’t bother coming here. We have been customers for over four years and finally cut the cord. We had more than 5 grooming cancellations in the last year which shows poor management. We dropped our dog off for an appointment for them to call 20 minutes later saying the groomer called out and we need to reschedule and pick our dog up. This happened twice. Boarding might be better but they need to fix grooming issues
I had my small dog groomed at Pet Paradise. I had a great experience… making the appointment I line was easy, checking in was easy and the staff was patient, kind and very loving to my dog. I was notified when my dog was almost finished and when I went to pick him up, they were ready for me and the process was easy. I did not meet the groomer but they did an excellent job. I will definitely go back!
I'm deeply disappointed to share our experience with Pet Paradise Ballantyne after giving them multiple chances over the past six months. Our first concerning experience happened a couple months ago when we picked up our dogs and realized on the way home that our dog, Charlie, was covered in urine. No staff member acknowledged this or offered any explanation for why our dog was sent home in such a degrading, unsanitary condition. When we called to address the situation, staff was dismissive but assured us management would contact us. Three days passed before management finally bothered to call us back. Their resolution? “Just bring back and we will give him a free bath.” Obviously, we gave him a bath the moment we realized he was covered in urine because leaving him in that disgusting state would have been cruel. This response demonstrated a complete lack of accountability or genuine concern for what had happened. Against our better judgment, we gave them another chance because it must have just been a busy day, new employee, or something along those lines. Boy, were we wrong… Yesterday, when we picked up our dogs, we noticed their refrigerated dog food seemed warm and threw it out when we got home. At the time, we didn’t think much of it and assumed it was taken out early for pick up by mistake. That was until, both dogs were up sick all night with food poisoning. Leading us to the conclusion that Pet Paradise improperly stored their food at room temperature. Watching both dogs experience food poisoning, a completely preventable situation, was infuriating. These failures aren't about inconvenience. They're about health, safety, and basic standards of care. When a boarding facility fails at hygiene and food safety, then lacks accountability, they have no business caring for anyone's pets. We're sharing this as a warning to other pet parents: your dogs deserve better than this. Do not make the same mistake we did, take your pets somewhere else.
